At Yi Paintings, we appreciate how important it is to have your order delivered to you as quickly as possible, and as such, we will process it with the greatest level of care and expediency.

Order Placement

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from our fulfillment warehouse in Seattle, WA. During times of high order volume this may be subject to change and can take anywhere from 5-10 business days for order fulfillment. Customer will be sent a tracking number once order ships. Orders generally take 2-5 business days from ship date until delivery.

If you need your item(s) sooner and are within the U.S., please select UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS 3 Day Select option. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Please note that expedited shipments must be placed by 11AM Pacific Time to be shipped same-day.

We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery yet.

You will receive the tracking number via email when the product is on the way to your home. Your interest and patience with us is really appreciated. We know you are waiting for a nice painting to decorate your sweet home. And we promise to deliver the best product for you as soon as possible.

International Customers

Currently, we only ship to US.  

Shipping Costs

The shipping cost will be calculated at check out. Please note: shipping costs are not refundable.

If shipping to an APO military address we recommend contacting our customer care team directly (info@yipaintings.com) to share your order number, so that we can ensure the appropriate shipping method is used.

Shipments to Alaska, Guam and Hawaii are currently experiencing delays and your order may take up to 5 weeks to reach you.
