Orders, shipping, and delivery

We accept all major credit cards, along with PayPal.

The shipping cost will be calculated at check out.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from our fulfillment warehouse in Seattle, WA. During times of high order volume this may be subject to change and can take anywhere from 5-10 business days for order fulfillment. Customer will be sent a tracking number once order ships. Orders generally take 2-5 business days from ship date until delivery.

Currently, we only ship to US.

Returns & exchanges

The good news is that we ship out orders quickly. However, this also means we can't always guarantee that we can change/cancel an order before it shipments.

Please review your order carefully, and be sure to get in touch right away using our customer care form if you have a need to cancel or exchange your order. A member of our team will be happy to assist you.

Should there be a payment dispute, please contact us directly in the first instance within 14 days to enable us to solve your issue personally. We treat each dispute on a case by case basis.

If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, please visit returns within 14 days of confirmed delivery and we will be happy to assist you with the process.

Once we've reviewed and approved your refund, it will be credited within 14 days through the payment method used during checkout.
